Welcome to Flooring Masters. Our goal is to make purchasing high-quality flooring products simple and straightforward, just as we strive to ensure our website is user-friendly and free from unnecessary jargon.

By accessing any part of flooringmasters.co.uk, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Flooring Masters ("Company," "we," "us," "our") owns and operates this website. Upon placing an order online, you will receive an email confirmation from us.

We aim to process all orders promptly according to your selected delivery options. If delays occur, we will notify you via email and offer options to continue or cancel your order.

1. Flooring Masters & Customers

All orders for products ("Goods") supplied by Flooring Masters or its subsidiaries are subject to these conditions. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Modification of Terms

Changes to these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing by Flooring Masters. Online payment processing and order acknowledgments do not constitute a legally binding contract until delivery is confirmed.

3. Validity of Quotations

Quotations remain valid for the specified period unless withdrawn by Flooring Masters. A contract is formed only upon formal acceptance and confirmation by the Company.

4. Application of Conditions

All deliveries, even without a prior quotation, are subject to these terms.

5. New Accounts

Purchases should be made via our website.

6. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed. Flooring Masters reserves the right to withdraw credit or demand immediate payment if credit terms are exceeded.

7. Late Payment Interest

Interest on overdue payments may be claimed under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.

8. Payment in Instalments

Each delivery installment is treated as a separate contract. Failure to pay for an installment allows Flooring Masters to suspend future deliveries.

9. Debt Recovery

Buyers indemnify Flooring Masters for all costs incurred in recovering overdue payments.

10. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice and include VAT where applicable.

11. Rate & Price Adjustments

Prices may be adjusted for changes in order requirements or variations instructed by the Buyer.

12. Credit Terms

Credit terms are granted at Flooring Masters' discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

13. Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 1-7 working days, subject to availability.

  • Free Delivery: Orders over £199 (excl. VAT) qualify, excluding certain postcodes and product categories.

  • Delivery Options: For custom arrangements, contact us at sales@flooringmasters.co.uk or call 01273 951041.

  • Kerbside Delivery: Handling goods upon delivery is the customer's responsibility.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to the following postcode areas:
AB, IV, PH, HS, ZE, KW, JE, GY, IM, TR, HS, ZE, JE, GY, PA.

If delivery issues occur, including missed deliveries, additional costs may apply.

14. Returns & Cancellation Policy

  • Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 14 days for unopened goods at the customer's expense.

  • Restocking Fees: A 20% fee applies for returns after 14 days, increasing for commercial sales.

  • Damaged/Faulty Goods: Report within 5 days with photographic evidence for replacement.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, bespoke cuts, and certain product categories are not eligible for returns.

15. Title & Risk

Risk transfers to the Buyer upon delivery. Ownership transfers upon full payment.

16. Ownership

Ownership of Goods remains with Flooring Masters until payment is fully cleared.

17. Product Descriptions

Specifications and descriptions are approximate and provided by manufacturers.

18. Liability Limitations

Flooring Masters' liability is limited to product value unless caused by negligence or fraud.

19. Total Liability

Our liability is capped at the total contract value.

20. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law and subject to English courts.

21. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

22. Clearance & Special Offers

Refunds apply only to sale prices. If the product is no longer stocked, credit may be issued.

24. Account Closure
