Important Notice: We recommend waiting to book installers until your goods have been received and inspected. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses.
Fast Delivery: While we strive to deliver on your preferred date, delivery timing cannot be guaranteed. Please allow 1-7 working days for delivery.
Delivery Terms:

Orders over £199.00 (excluding VAT) qualify for free UK delivery. We will inform you of any additional delivery charges before payment is requested.

Shipping costs are displayed at the cart stage.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to the following postcode areas:
AB, IV, PH, HS, ZE, KW, JE, GY, IM, TR, HS, ZE, JE, GY, PA.
Standard Delivery: For orders under £199 (+VAT), a delivery fee of £24.99 (+VAT) applies.

Delivery Process:

Order confirmation is emailed upon receipt.

Dispatch notification is sent when the order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Details:

Deliveries are made ‘kerbside.’

Recipients are responsible for handling and moving goods.

For large orders or deliveries to upper floors (e.g., flats, high-rises), we advise arranging additional assistance.
Missing Items: If your order does not arrive within 1-5 working days, please contact us immediately. If unresolved after a few days, we will investigate and, if necessary, replace missing items.
Failed Deliveries: If delivery cannot be completed due to absence, inadequate assistance, refusal of goods, or cancellation while in transit, you will be responsible for any additional return costs.
Northern Ireland: We regret we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland.

Claims for damaged, faulty, or mis-described items are not accepted after use or fitting.

Ensure the items ordered are suitable for their intended purpose.
Returns and Cancellation Policy: We are committed to providing high-quality products at great value. If plans change or products are unsuitable, our straightforward terms are outlined below:
Returns for Change of Mind:

Within 14 Days: Goods must be returned unused, unopened, and undamaged at the customer’s expense. No restocking fee applies.

After 14 Days: Returns are accepted with a minimum 20% restocking fee (restrictions apply). Returns beyond 30 days from delivery are not accepted.
Commercial/B2B Sales:

Non-faulty returns within 14 days are subject to a 20-45% restocking fee, depending on the product.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Faulty or Damaged Goods:

Report faults or damage within 5 days.

We require photographic evidence before removing packaging.

Replacement arrangements will be made at no additional cost.

Return Refusals: We may decline returns for goods or services valued at £42.00 or less.
